BNY Mellon Launches Industry's First Mobile App for Performance & Risk Analytics

BNY Mellon has introduced its new Performance & Risk Analytics (P&RA) Mobile Dashboard application, bringing the power and functionality of its Web-based P&RA services into a summarized, concise view ready for today's most popular tablet computer. The new interface offers clients a convenient and portable look into their portfolio's investment results and risk metrics.

P&RA Mobile Dashboard, which went live in December, makes the new features available to institutional clients through Workbench™ Mobile, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing's information delivery portal. Using P&RA Mobile Dashboard, clients can view key portfolio and benchmark information on their iPad, including Daily Returns, Historical Returns, Top 10 Positions, Top 5 Overweight Positions, and Top 5 Underweight Positions.

Results can be viewed as line or bar charts, or in tabular data format. Other features include filters to review investment returns by major asset class, as well as gross or net of fees. Additional views are scheduled for delivery in early 2012.

"As the need for instant information swells, we continue to integrate our products and services into more convenient, customizable views," said John Gruber, managing director, global product strategy for BNY Mellon Asset Servicing's Performance & Risk Analytics group. "The new P&RA Mobile Dashboard gives plan sponsors and fund managers true on-the-go and highly useful information about their investments' performance, exposures and allocation."

BNY Mellon has announced several client-driven enhancements to its P&RA product line over the last 12 months, including a new Interactive Performance Report in November. Last spring, BNY Mellon and the Burgiss Group introduced Private iQ™, a private capital benchmarking service, which followed the launch of features enabling institutions to access combined public and private market data through Workbench.

BNY Mellon Asset Servicing offers clients worldwide a broad spectrum of specialized asset servicing capabilities, including custody and fund services, securities lending, performance and analytics, and execution services. BNY Mellon Asset Servicing provides services through BNY Mellon and other related companies.
