Lifestyle Article - Barnett Waddingham appoint nine new partners

Barnett Waddingham (BW), a leading UK professional services consultancy, appoints nine new equity partners among its 2023 promotions to lead the continued strong growth across all its key markets.

In addition to the new partners, there are 12 principal and 30 associate promotions focused on providing the highest levels of independent consultancy across risk, pensions, investment and insurance challenges. Effective from 1 June 2023, the total number of partners will reach 97.

These promotions reflect strong continued growth across the business and demonstrate the ambitious investment in people, services and technology across a breadth of services.

Andrew Vaughan, Senior Partner at BW, said: “We are committed to investing in our people, which remains essential to our success. Our 2023 promotions enable us to better serve our clients and achieve our shared goals together. I am confident that with these great people as part of our growing leadership team, the business will continue to thrive and succeed.

“People choose to join BW because of our unique culture thanks to our independence. Alongside this, the quality and scale of our training and development affords all individuals the opportunity to develop their skillsets and reach their full potential. Promoting such talent into the leadership team is a key part of this. I am incredibly proud of the number of promotions we can make this year off the back of continued, strong organic growth within our business. We now have almost 1,600 people across the UK delivering leading independent advice to our wide range of clients.

“It is also pleasing to see that our new partners, principals and associates this year span a wide range of disciplines and markets, demonstrating that our focus on delivering excellent service is valued by our growing list of clients in a breadth of areas.”
