 Stephen joins Broadstone from Aon Employee Benefits where he has been Head of Health and Risk propositions for the last 3 years. Prior to that he was Head of Health and Risk at Capita employee benefits and Head of Employee Benefits at Bluefin. Stephen is an experienced leader of Employee Benefit teams with expertise in providing strategic advice to corporate clients. He has a background in Health and Wellbeing consulting with a passion for integrating a number of health benefits and services into an effective Employee Risk management strategy.
