Dalriada Trustees Limited (Dalriada), one of the largest providers of independent professional trustee services to pensions schemes in the UK, has today announced the appointment of Amanda Banister as a Senior Professional Trustee.

Amanda joins Dalriada from global law firm DWF LLP where she was a partner in its pensions practice. Amanda also spent three years in house at the Pension Protection Fund.

This appointment further strengthens Dalriada’s 150 strong team located across its UK-wide office network in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and London.

Commenting on the appointment, Vassos Vassou, Director at Dalriada, said “It is vital that we recruit talented people from a range of professional backgrounds. As such, we are delighted to be welcoming Amanda to the London office. She has a strong governance and risk management skillset and an ability to solve testing problems, which is exactly what’s needed in the industry we work in and will allow her to make an immediate contribution as a professional trustee.”
