Lifestyle Article - Dalriada appoints Keith Hinds as a Professional Trustee

Dalriada Trustees Limited has announced the appointment of Keith Hinds as a Professional Trustee. Keith was previously Head of Pensions Advisory at Grant Thornton based in London.

Keith brings a huge amount of experience to the Dalriada team having spent over 35 years working within restructuring and pensions, the last 16 years of which were with Grant Thornton. He has extensive experience across a broad range of substantial corporate transaction and pension scheme restructurings working with trustee boards to assess covenant and affordability, helping develop and shape scheme valuations and wider scheme strategy.

Keith will be assuming a variety of trustee appointments but his background and experience will further strengthen the capability of the Dalriada team in navigating pension schemes through corporate transactions and restructuring situations.

Commenting on the appointment, Tom Lukic, Dalriada Chair, said “Keith is an excellent addition to our team and I am delighted to welcome him on board. With many years’ experience working in the restructuring and pensions arena, Keith is well known in the pensions industry with an established reputation for providing commercial input and leadership, working collaboratively with wider stakeholders in often challenging situations. In the current economic environment, we are seeing high demand for trustees with the required skills and experience to achieve the best possible outcome for pension scheme members in demanding situations.”

Keith Hinds commented “Dalriada has established itself as one of the preeminent professional trustee firms. Having had the opportunity to work with them, I have been really impressed with their approach to trusteeship and in particular, their ability to successfully navigate complex situations for the benefit of both members and employers. I look forward to working with the team and contributing to this effort going forward.”
