 With everything that's going on in Congress, a disappointing GDP release was the last thing we needed.

 Even if growth picks up a bit in the second half, we're looking at a very disappointing outlook for growth this year and that's before any real effect from fiscal restraint has kicked in. The Fed must be dusting off those QE3 plans.
