General Ins - Latest News - Insurance bosses show commitment with customer service NVQ

Directors and managers at a Sussex insurance specialist have gone back to the classroom in a bid to prove their commitment to customer service.

Uckfield-based Affinity Select has seen business boom after launching a drive to put outstanding customer service first every time.

And now the top team have led by example by gaining the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service.

Affinity Select MD Jenny Carter-Vaughan said: “A lot of companies talk about putting customer service first but we wanted to demonstrate commitment from the top.

“Its one thing for the staff dealing with customers on a day to day basis to gain qualifications but we believe that doing the exam ourselves sends an important message to our customers and staff.”
