Lifestyle Article - Just Group appoints new Managing Director of retail


Just Group plc (“Just”), the FTSE 250 retirement specialist, has appointed Tom Evans as the Managing Director of its Retail business, effective from 1st July 2025.

 Tom will be a member of the Group Executive Committee and report to David Richardson, Group Chief Executive Officer.

 Tom joins from Canada Life, where he was Managing Director of the UK Retirement business and a member of the UK Executive Committee. Prior to this, his roles included Managing Director of Canada Life’s Home Finance business, Managing Director at Stonehaven and senior roles at Phoenix Group and EY.

 David Richardson, Group CEO at Just, said: “I’m delighted Tom will be joining the Group to lead our successful Retail business and his appointment reflects our ambitious plans to expand our retail franchise.
