Law Debenture, the leading provider of Independent Professional Services, welcomes Stephanie Randall as Head of Bids. Stephanie joins Law Debenture, from her previous role as Head of Bid and Pursuit at Aon, where she was responsible for all bids across pensions, investment, employee benefits and insurance broking for the UK and Multinationals.

 With a career spanning 16 years in consultancy and asset management, Stephanie has garnered a wealth of professional services expertise, continuously delivering efficient processes to improve bid win rates.

 Working across solution lines to recognise prospects where teams can collaborate to drive client success, Stephanie is tuned-in to identifying new strategies and procedures for sales and client teams to deliver RFPs and pitches with higher success rates and larger volumes. In her new role, Stephanie will be working with Sankar Mahalingham, Managing Director, Pensions to accelerate bid win rates and streamline client pension processes.
