To celebrate the birth of HRH Charlotte, Nutmeg, the online investment manager, is offering five prizes of £2,000 to parents whose new baby shares the same date of birth as the new princess

The offer is open to the first five parents who send a copy of their new baby’s birth certificate (via post or email) showing exactly the same date of birth as Prince George’s baby sister within 40 days.

The offer is open to new and existing customers, and winning applicants will have their £2,000 prize invested in a Nutmeg portfolio.

The £2,000 must stay invested with Nutmeg for a minimum of 12 months, and applicants will also be required to make the standard minimum monthly contribution of £50 (unless the fund has a minimum of £5,000).

Nick Hungerford, chief executive and founder of Nutmeg, comments:
“The birth of Royal Baby number two is a chance for the nation to join together and celebrate once more. We are fully behind parents investing for their children’s long term future, and this £2,000 will help get parents with new-borns on the right track whether they’re putting money away for education or getting their kids on the property ladder when the time comes. After 18 years a £2,000 investment could be worth £4,813
