Lifestyle Article - Paul Macro joins The Aon MasterTrust board

Aon has announced that Paul Macro is joining the board of The Aon MasterTrust. He replaces Jonathan Reynolds who is stepping down from the board after six years.

Paul Macro brings considerable defined contribution (DC) and master trust experience to The Aon MasterTrust, gained in a 35-year career that has included leading teams at the major consulting firms, managing his own business and working as an independent trustee and adviser for all types of DC pension schemes.

The other current members of The Aon MasterTrust board are the chair, Kim Nash of ZEDRA Governance, Jenny Davidson of BESTrustees and Keith Scott of Law Debenture Pension Trustees.

Tony Pugh, head of DC solutions for EMEA at Aon, said: “Jonathan Reynolds made a considerable contribution to The Aon MasterTrust during an important period in its growth and we are very grateful for the role he played. We are also very pleased that Paul Macro is joining the Trustee Board – he has huge experience in the field of DC. We are confident that he will bring both wide client and member understanding and new perspectives to the ongoing governance and development of The Aon MasterTrust – all to the benefit of its members.”
