RSM International, one of the world’s largest global accountancy networks, has admitted Capto Group as its Georgian member firm. This appointment is part of RSM’s strategy to strengthen its representation and client services in the Caucasus and surrounding regions.

Capto Group is based in Georgia’s capital city Tibilisi, and has four additional offices in the country’s other major business centres. The group provides tax, audit, legal, valuation and outsourcing services to clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

The firm’s Partner and Managing Director, Giorgi Kvinikadze, has over 17 years of experience and prior to establishing Capto Group held various senior management positions at Georgian commercial banks and in the energy sector.

Jean Stephens, CEO, RSM International said, “This is an exciting time for business in Georgia, particularly as the relationship between Europe and Asia strengthens, creating strong economic growth prospects for the country. I am delighted to welcome Capto Group to the RSM International network and am confident that the firm is well placed to serve the needs of both local and international clients undertaking or looking to do business in the region.”
