Richardson has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning a range of senior leadership roles across P&L management, strategy, M&A, business development, finance and risk management. Before joining Willis Towers Watson in 2012, Tammy was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Genworth Financial leading the firm’s commercial and strategic development team.

At the same time of Richardson’s appointment, Stephen Jones is also transferring from his existing role as UK Head of P&C Pricing, Claims, Product and Underwriting at Willis Towers Watson to move into Richardson’s former role as UK P&C Leader.
Richardson said: “Stephen is a recognised market figure having the broad P&C technical and managerial experience necessary to lead the team successfully over the coming years as we seek to deliver on our mission to be the leading P&C insurance consulting team, providing the best outcomes for our clients through creative thinking and teamwork.”
