Lifestyle Article - Kathryn Fleming announced as Head of DC Consulting


Hymans Robertson has announced the appointment of Kathryn Fleming as Head of DC Consulting from April 2025. In this role, Kathryn will lead her dynamic team of experts to help our clients navigate the ever-changing pensions landscape, using innovation to deliver better value and financial futures for UK DC savers. She takes on the role from Mark Jaffray who will now be focusing on strategic investment advice and innovation.

 Kathryn joined Hymans Robertson as part of the firms graduate program and has been a Partner since 2019 and is the Head of DC At-retirement Services. She has an intricate understanding of the DC market and specialises in advising trustees and governance committees on impactful pension strategy. She has a vast understanding of decumulation, governance and DEI. Kathryn is also a Trustee and Governor at the Pensions Policy Institute and is a member of the industry wide Pensions Equity Group.

 Commenting on her appointment, Kathryn said: “The past few years has been a period of huge change and innovation for the pensions market, and I’m delighted to take on the role of Head of DC Consulting overseeing our DC business at this exciting time.
