Senior appointment to LCP Defined Contribution team As part of LCP's DC team, Philip will advise clients on the challenges associated with DC pension arrangements. Mark Jackson, LCP Partner, said: "Pension provision in the UK continues to change, and employers are increasingly focusing on how their retirement benefits are best delivered through DC arrangements.
