Kristle Barker
Kristle Barker is a scheme actuary with over 20 years’ experience. She advises seven pension schemes on strategic and technical matters and is recognised for delivering client-focused solutions and building inclusive and high-performing client teams. Kristle also plays a key role in driving collaboration across Aon’s service lines to unlock new value for clients.
Hannah Brinton
Hannah Brinton is a senior member of Aon’s UK risk settlement group, advising clients on defined benefit (DB) pension scheme derisking strategies. Hannah has advised on over £40 billion of risk transfer projects and has led on deals ranging in size from £30 million to multi-billions of pounds. Hannah is qualified to advise on both bulk annuity and longevity swap transactions and is known for supporting clients through some of the most complex transactions in the market.
James Collier
James Collier is a senior member of Aon’s defined contribution (DC) consulting team, with 20 years’ experience in both DB and DC pensions. He leads the team’s people strategy and plays a key role in shaping the future direction of Aon’s DC offering. James works closely with employers and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in DC strategy, design, communication and governance.
Gemma Cowan
Gemma Cowan is a lead adviser in Aon’s corporate pensions practice, with 15 years of industry experience. She advises a broad portfolio of companies on funding, governance and endgame strategies. Gemma is also a senior member of Aon’s member options and support team, where she has advised some of Aon’s largest and most complex clients on enhancing their member experience through innovative pension options and improved retirement support.
Richard Gooch
Richard Gooch is a senior member of Aon’s corporate pension consulting team, with over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry. He provides strategic advice to companies across both DB and DC pension schemes, with particular expertise in endgame solutions and the impact of US GAAP on UK schemes. Richard also advises Aon’s own UK pension schemes and has led some of the firm’s largest benefit change projects, including the innovative use of DB surplus for DC subsidy.
Steve Nettleship
Steve Nettleship is a senior leader in Aon’s GMP equalisation team, providing strategic advice to some of Aon’s largest and most complex pension clients. He heads Aon’s GMP equalisation data team and has been instrumental in developing the latest data tools. Steve also leads the strategic data consulting team within Aon’s data solutions team, helping clients to deliver data projects efficiently.
Matthew Pinkney
Matthew Pinkney leads Aon’s UK pensions data solutions team, which specialises in data and administration change projects, including GMP equalisation implementations, data cleansing, benefit remediation and other systems implementation. With nearly 20 years’ experience, Matthew is also a scheme actuary and a member of Aon’s trustee consulting leadership team. He has overseen the growth and evolution of the data solutions team since its inception.
Andrew Shepherd
Andrew Shepherd is head of DB delegated clients in Aon’s UK Investment practice and has over 20 years of experience in pensions. He is responsible for ensuring high-quality, proactive service delivery to Aon’s fiduciary management clients. Andrew advises on investment strategy, journey planning and governance solutions to a wide range of organisations, helping them to navigate complex investment challenges.
Greg Tucker
Greg Tucker has been with the firm for over 25 years and is a senior member of Aon’s newly formed Insurance consulting team. He provides strategic advice to 11 pension schemes with combined assets of £25 billion, covering areas such as buy-ins, mergers and endgame strategy. Greg is known for his commitment to client and colleague engagement and for fostering strong relationships that support personal and professional development.
