Lifestyle Article - Aon appoint new Head of Client Service for UK Investment

Aon has announced the appointment of Emma Adair as head of Client Service for UK Investment. In this new role, Emma will be focused on the overall experience, quality of content, and delivery to and communication with clients.

Emma is rejoining Aon after starting her career with one of its predecessor firms. She has spent the last 10 years with Cardano, which she joined at its inception and had latterly been its head of Client Management and Client Delivery teams.

Emma Adair has an LLB in Law & Accountancy from Queen’s University Belfast, a postgraduate diploma in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School, and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Tim Giles, senior partner and head of UK Investment at Aon, said: “It’s always good to welcome someone back to the company - and Emma Adair returns to us having gained considerable experience working with some of the country’s largest pension schemes.

“This is a new role in our team with Emma’s focus being very much on our clients and the whole experience they have when working with Aon. Today’s business environment and the expectations that go with it are always changing, so a key part of Emma’s role will be to make certain that we are working with our clients in the most effective manner and delivering to them all they need to create the best outcomes for their members.”
