Lifestyle Article - Aviva Investors appoints Iain Forrester


Aviva Investors announces the appointment of Iain Forrester as Head of Insurance Investment Strategy, Global Investment Solutions.

 In this new role Iain will focus on building outcome-oriented investment strategies for global insurance companies, with responsibility across all areas of solutions design, management and client delivery. He will draw on the strength and depth of Aviva Investors' investment capabilities across Fixed Income, Liability Driven Investment, Multi-Assets and a range of Alternative Income assets, spanning Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Corporate Credit. Based in London, he reports into John Dewey, Head of Investment Strategy, Global Investment Solutions.
 
 Iain joins from Standard Life Investments, where he was an Investment Director in the Insurance Solutions team, with responsibility for developing investment propositions for global insurance clients. Prior to this, he was Head of ALM & Capital Management at Standard Life, with responsibility for the investment strategy of Standard Life’s balance sheet assets.
 
 John Dewey, Head of Investment Strategy, Global Investment Solutions at Aviva Investors, said: “I’m very pleased to welcome Iain Forrester to Aviva Investors.
