General Insurance Article - Axa and Lloyds Banking Group grow long term partnership

AXA Partners has extended its partnership with Lloyds Banking Group with a new multi-year deal, which now sees the company providing Home Emergency cover to over one million customers.

AXA Partners has been providing cover to Lloyds Banking Group for 15 years, and this new deal not only extends their existing partnership, but the company will also now provide cover to Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland Premier Added Value Account customers.

AXA Partners’ success in retaining the business, and growing its remit to include Lloyds Banking Group’s Premier accounts, comes following a competitive tender process. The business has also significantly invested in new technology, which will streamline communications during the claim journey and improve the customer experience.

Charles Dennison, Sales Director at AXA Partners, commented: “We are delighted to extend our relationship with Lloyds Banking Group, which we see as testament to their belief in our capabilities, as well as our professional approach to responding to this tender. Our recent investment in innovation, and new customer-facing technology, helped to demonstrate why AXA Partners will continue to provide a ‘best in class’ customer proposition for its banking customers.”
