Barnett Waddingham, the UK’s largest independent provider of actuarial, administration and consultancy services, has appointed Elizabeth Renshaw-Ames as its new non-executive chair as of January 2019. Keith Satchell will be stepping down from the role after 11 years of service to the firm. |
Elizabeth brings to the role her extensive experience in the pensions and professional services industries. . Elizabeth has executive board experience and is the CEO of HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK). She is a member of the Governing Body and Audit Committee of SPCK (an Anglican charity and publishing business). Previous professional experience includes 11 years at Mercer and two periods amounting to seventeen years in total at PwC. Commenting on the appointment Nick Salter, Senior Partner at Barnett Waddingham, said: “We have been very fortunate to have had Keith as our chair for the last 11 years. His input has been invaluable and we are delighted to welcome Elizabeth to replace him. Elizabeth is as an experienced leader with an extensive career in professional services and demonstrable commercial, consulting and leadership skills.
