Buck Consultants, the global employee benefits consultant, announces two senior appointments:

 - Steven White, managing director of Buck Global Investment Advisors (BGIA) and Global Benefits Administration, replaces Fraser Smart as the managing director, Europe of Buck Consultants, subject to approvals. I look forward to bringing insights into the successes we have had in the United Kingdom and applying them broadly across Buck so that we continue to anticipate the needs of our clients around the world, and deliver on our promises to them. ”
