Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions partners with Benefex to deliver market leading pensions auto-enrolment solution

 From July 2013, Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions (C&ES) will begin partnering with online employee benefits experts Benefex, utilising its Enroller technology and surrounding service to support employers through the pensions auto-enrolment process.

 Enroller is an integrated module within Benefex’s award winning RewardHub portal, which manages all aspects of auto-enrolment, including all related administration, employee support calls and communications.

 Commenting on the announcement, Paul Wilson, Head of Employee Benefits Consulting at Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions said “Following an independent review of the top auto-enrolment technology solutions available, we selected Benefex to be our pensions auto-enrolment technology partner as we believe they offer the best and most appropriate solution for our clients who require an independent hub. They are not only focused on facilitating a smooth and robust auto-enrolment process but also on the importance of financial education and employee engagement which are areas of particular importance and focus for Barclays C&ES as we develop our workplace savings offering.”

 Earlier this year, Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions announced that it has teamed up with Aegon and Zurich to provide a corporate pension platform as part of its workplace savings offering. In addition to benefiting from the administrative capabilities of these leading pension providers, clients can also access their auto-enrolment hubs. The addition of Benefex’s independent auto-enrolment hub to the Barclays C&ES offering further improves choice for its corporate clients.
