Pensions - Articles - Equiniti brings pension businesses under single brand

The Equiniti Group has announced that its specialist pension businesses will be rebranded under the Equiniti banner. Xafinity Paymaster will be renamed Equiniti Paymaster and Xafinity Claybrook becomes Equiniti Claybrook from 28th February 2013.

This move brings all the major operations of the business process services Group under the same unified brand. Equiniti focuses on complex administration and payment services, including pension and annuity administration, share registration, investment services, technology solutions, HR and payroll processing.
With 1,000 staff in 10 locations, Equiniti’s Pension Solutions division, comprising Equiniti Paymaster and Equiniti Claybrook, is a core component of the Equiniti brand and makes up 40% of the overall Group.

Wayne Story, Equiniti’s Chief Executive said: “We are a leading provider of financial and complex business process services to the UK’s largest public and private organisations. Our clients increasingly use a mix of services from across the Group. By bringing our broad range of capabilities, talent and experience together under a single banner, we are able to provide a clearer integrated offer, providing support for the growing complexities faced by our 2,000 clients.”
