Available now in the Windows Store, this application gives insurance claims adjusters instant access to the data and documents they need, enables signature capture on electronic forms and even uses the native device camera to capture photos to streamline the claims process. Using the power of Windows 8, the OnBase Insurance Field Adjuster App increases responsiveness and improves customer service by combining OnBase and Windows 8 to resolve claims more quickly through real-time access while in the field.

 "Claims adjusters are constantly on the go. Whether traveling to claims sites, visiting with claimants or setting on-site appointments, one thing is constant-movement," said Ed McQuiston, Hyland's head of insurance solutions and alliances. In order to keep up with their workloads while traveling, adjusters need access to information that is critical to doing their jobs including policy agreements, damage photos, repair estimates, loss notices and notes.
