Lifestyle Article - Hymans Robertson appoints Patrick Bloomfield Senior Actuary


Hymans Robertson has appointed former ACA Chairman, Patrick Bloomfield as Senior Actuary.

 Patrick, joined Hymans Robertson in 2004 and has been a Partner since 2006 and an equity member since 2010. Having previously led the firm’s Trustee DB business, Patrick’s focus in recent years has been pension policy and providing strategic DB and DC advice to a range of industry leading schemes and employers.
 
 Commenting on the appointment, Richard Shackleton, Head of Pensions, Hymans Robertson, says: “Professionalism is core to what we stand for as a partnership and the role of Senior Actuary is a crucial one for our firm. In taking on these responsibilities, Patrick will be leading our approach to professionalism and will continue being a positive influencer of pensions industry policy.
