Lifestyle Article - Mercer Marsh Benefits appoint Elliott Hurst

Mercer has announced that Elliott Hurst has joined as Head of Proposition and Innovation for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). Based in the London office, Mr Hurst will be responsible for the MMB proposition development and harmonisation. He will also take on the day to day management of The Positive Ageing Company and become a member of the MMB executive team.

Mr Hurst joins from AXA-PPP where he was Director of Health Consulting for the last six years. Prior to joining AXA, he worked for over 12 years in health and risk consulting with both Aon and Willis Towers Watson.

“We are delighted to have Elliott onboard to help us in pushing our health and benefits services and solutions forward,” said Tony Wood, UK Head of Mercer Marsh Benefits. “A thought leader in his field he will bring great experience from both consulting and proposition perspectives.”

"I'm delighted to be joining both Tony and his team at Mercer “said Mr Hurst. “I look forward to working with them to create a compelling proposition to both employers and their people, with particular emphasis on the challenges presented to UK plc by both the ageing workforce and the increasing strain placed on them by eldercare responsibilities."
