NOW: Pensions has announced the appointment of Louise Fulford as Head of Administration. Louise will be responsible for the delivery of administration services to NOW: Pensions’ growing member base.
Louise joins NOW: Pensions from JLT where she held roles as senior client relationship manager and Head of Administration. With over 20 years’ experience in outsourced pensions administration and operations leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organisation.
Louise’s appointment follows on from the significant expansion of NOW: Pensions’ operations and client support teams. Since April, NOW: Pensions has expanded its client support team six-fold appointing a number of technical experts to support employers through the intricacies of auto enrolment.
Commenting on her appointment Louise said: “I am delighted to be joining an ambitious team at such an important time in the company’s growth. I look forward to using my knowledge to further improve the auto enrolment experience for both employers and members.”
