Pensions - Articles - PPI Pensions Primer and Pensions Facts updated May 2011

We are pleased to inform you that the PPI Pensions Primer has been updated and is now available on our website.

The Pensions Primer is intended for people wanting to learn about the UK pensions framework and pensions policy.  This version of the Pensions Primer reflects the current position of, and legislated future changes to, the UK pension system as at 12 May 2011.  Any change in Government policy that may occur after that date is not included in this version of the Pensions Primer.

The PPI has also updated some of the tables in the Pension Facts section of the website.  The information in 'Pension Facts' has been selected by the PPI to answer those questions we are most frequently asked and where the data is not easily available from other sources.  Tables are regularly reviewed and updated as new information becomes available.
