 With over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industries, Clare has built a strong reputation for leading and developing high performing teams across multiple business locations. 

 She was a key leader in the strategic review and transformation of Aegon’s UK business and has held Chief Financial Officer roles with Swiss Re and, most recently, with Aegon.

 Clare also has extensive experience in dealing with international regulators, including those in the UK, Ireland, and various countries in Continental Europe, as well as Asia and the USA.
