 Punter Southall hires Gaurav Gupta to meet growing demand for fund selection and portfolio construction services
 
 London, 19 July 2017 - Gaurav Gupta has joined Punter Southall Investment Consulting as a Senior Investment Analyst, the firm has announced today. In this new role, he will focus on investment manager research services for Punter Southall’s pension scheme clients.

 Gaurav joins from Thesis Asset Management, where he was co-manager of its model portfolio service and also led fund selection across a variety of sectors, including fixed income, continental Europe, private equity and emerging markets. He was also a member of the fixed income investment committee.

 Commenting on the appointment, Danny Vassiliades, Managing Director of Punter Southall Investment Consulting, said: “Gaurav’s appointment will add depth and experience to our team, at a time when client demand for robust investment research is on the increase. His experience from Thesis Asset Management is highly complementary to the skills and experience we already have in the team, and we look forward to bringing this to bear for the benefit of our clients. “
