Senior appointment to LCP Defined Contribution team
LCP has appointed Philip Audaer as a Senior Consultant in its Defined Contribution ("DC") team. Philip has over 30 years' experience in corporate and individual DC consulting and joins LCP from Aon Hewitt.

As part of LCP's DC team, Philip will advise clients on the challenges associated with DC pension arrangements.

Mark Jackson, LCP Partner, said: "Pension provision in the UK continues to change, and employers are increasingly focusing on how their retirement benefits are best delivered through DC arrangements. Philip's appointment further strengthens LCP's DC team and enables us to offer clients practical advice on the actions they need to take to prepare for changes - such as auto-enrolment.

Philip Audaer said: "I am very much looking forward to the challenge of delivering a focused DC service to clients, at a time when employers are facing significant change and economic uncertainty."
