Senior appointment to LCP Defined Contribution team As part of LCP's DC team, Philip will advise clients on the challenges associated with DC pension arrangements. Mark Jackson, LCP Partner, said: "Pension provision in the UK continues to change, and employers are increasingly focusing on how their retirement benefits are best delivered through DC arrangements. Philip's appointment further strengthens LCP's DC team and enables us to offer clients practical advice on the actions they need to take to prepare for changes - such as auto-enrolment.
