Lifestyle Article - Spence strengthens its investment team with new hire


Spence & Partners (Spence), one of the leading providers of pensions advisory and data services to pensions schemes in the UK, has today announced the appointment of Susan Greenwood as a Senior Investment Consultant.

 As well as assisting in the management of, and provision of services to, our investment consultancy clients, Susan will significantly support the further expansion of our investment consulting proposition.

 Susan brings more than 20 years’ experience working in the investment consultancy industry. She joins Spence from Mercer, where she was a Principal Investment Consultant with responsibility for a portfolio of clients and part of the team which developed a DB Master Trust offering. Prior to working at Mercer, Susan held investment consulting roles at Buck Consultants and Aon.

 Commenting on the appointment, Simon Cohen, Head of Investment Consulting at Spence, said: “We are pleased that Susan has joined our team, as she brings a considerable amount of experience that will benefit both our clients and the wider team. Susan has worked with a number pension schemes, including Local Authority schemes and will further bolster our experience and investment offering to clients.”
