Lifestyle Article - Xafinity appoints senior consulting actuary


Xafinity has appointed Steven Scott as a senior consulting actuary based in the firm’s Stirling office.

 Steven began his career at Mercer and brings a wealth of experience from his prior role at Hymans Robertson where he was fund actuary to a number of major public sector pension schemes. Steven will be responsible for providing actuarial support to Xafinity’s existing clients as well as identifying and developing new opportunities within the UK market. 

 Jonathan Seed, director of Xafinity’s Stirling office, said: “We are excited by Steven’s arrival. His skills and experience will boost the capabilities of the Stirling team and ensure we continue to provide a tailored and cost effective service to all of our clients. Steven will also play a key role in our ambitious plans for future growth which build on the recent success of the firm.”
