Jo Carter has joined XPS Pensions Group as a Partner in its Risk Settlement team. She is the latest addition to XPS’s expanding Risk Settlement team as it continues to grow its expertise in this area

 Jo joins XPS Pensions Group after 25 years with Mercer where she has spent most of her career focusing on risk settlement. She has advised on buy-in and buyout projects for schemes of all sizes, including transactions in excess of £1bn and involving a number of multi-nationals and FTSE 100 clients.

 At XPS Pensions Group, she will focus on leading on buy-in and buyout transactions as well as helping clients with strategic end-game journey planning.

 Jo is the latest addition to XPS Pensions Group’s growing Risk Settlement team, with the business having recently appointed Stephen Purves as Head of Risk Settlement to oversee the growth of XPS Pensions Group’s presence in the market.
