Articles - AKG Actuaries appoints new Head of Communications

AKG Actuaries & Consultants has appointed Matt Ward as their new Head of Communications. Ward had previously been with research company Defaqto for over 15 years where he most recently held the role of Wealth Management Consultant.

He will take the lead on marketing and communication activities at AKG while supporting the continued expansion of AKG’s core provider profile services and the development of AKG’s consultancy proposition.

Ward commented: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at AKG. I know the value placed on AKG’s output by financial advisers and product providers and I’m looking forward to supporting the continued growth of an established brand and proposition”.

Guy Vanner, Managing Director at AKG, welcomed the new addition. “We are delighted to have Matt on board at AKG. We believe that Matt’s industry profile and his extensive product and market knowledge will provide valuable support to the ongoing development of the AKG business and our services to the provider and adviser communities.”
