Just Retirement Group plc ("Just Retirement") and Partnership Assurance Group plc ("Partnership Assurance") Prudential Regulation Authority (“PRA”) and Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) Change in Control approvals received |
The Boards of Just Retirement and Partnership Assurance are pleased to announce that the PRA and FCA have each approved the change in control applications made in connection with the recommended all-share merger of Just Retirement and Partnership Assurance to create JRP Group plc (the "Merger").
A further update on the progress of the Merger will be provided following the Just Retirement and Partnership Assurance results announcements on Friday 11 March. |
