General Insurance Article - Towers Watson makes senior promotions in insurance practice


 Towers Watson has appointed Charlie Kefford and Kirsty Gray to its UK property and casualty (P&C) insurance senior management team.

 Charlie Kefford, who joined EMB in 2005 prior to its acquisition by Towers Watson, will become UK P&C Sales and Practice Development Leader. In a 20 year career, he has worked extensively with Lloyd’s and other London market insurers in areas such as capital modelling, reserving, pricing and Solvency II preparations.

 Kirsty Gray has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry working for consultants, brokers and re/insurers in Lloyd’s and the London market in strategic, business development, account management and analytical roles. Her new position is designed to bring renewed focus to client relationship management and project management across the UK P&C practice.
